How long does it take to get HospiEdge running in my restaurant?
Launch timing depends on your data, hardware, team size, and which apps you start with. Onboarding is included — a real human walks your team through setup, data migration, and training.
Do I have to switch everything at once?
No. Start with the one app that hurts most — scheduling, POS, the host stand, hiring, whatever. Add the rest when you are ready. Same login, same data, no rip-and-replace.
Can HospiEdge import from my existing POS or scheduler?
Yes. We import menus, modifiers, employees, and historical data from Toast, Square, 7shifts, OpenTable, Resy, and most other restaurant tools. Migration help is included.
Is AI an extra add-on?
Nope. HE Master AI is included in every platform plan. It watches your live POS, schedule, host stand, and finance data — and tells you exactly what to fix tonight, with the receipts.
What about payment processing?
Bring your own (Stripe, your existing processor) or use HospiEdge Payments. We are not locked into one merchant agreement.
Will my existing hardware work?
Most receipt printers, KDS displays, cash drawers, and label printers (Brother, Zebra) are compatible with HospiEdge. We confirm before you switch.
