Use standard browser devices in the restaurant, on staff phones, or from an authorized manager’s home computer. Ordinary cloud operation needs internet and does not require a local Windows host.
With Hybrid enabled, supported POS and HETable workflows continue on the installed Windows computer during an internet interruption. Separate tablets use the cloud and need internet; they do not connect to the local service during an outage.

Master AI is a Full Platform-only benefit; actual access depends on account rollout and authorization. New AI work uses credits. Eligible Full Platform accounts receive an initial AI credit allowance for supported AI work across authorized HospiEdge apps when account rollout is enabled. Eligible account owners can review currently available one-time credit packs after sign-in; there is no automatic renewal or recharge. People approve consequential decisions.
