The hospiedge.com public site exists to share information about HospiEdge products, pricing, resources, and team. Product details, pricing, and feature availability evolve as we ship — call us out if anything looks stale.
Privacy
We do not sell your data. We never have. Public forms (contact, publishing, support) collect only what you give us, and we use it to reply to you. Don't post payroll, payment, employee, or guest data into public forms — email us directly and we will route it to the right place.
Your account & your data
Inside HospiEdge apps, your records are yours. We do not expose private customer data, payroll, POS receipts, or implementation files on the public site. Account-specific questions should always go through a verified support channel.
AI & responsible use
HospiEdge AI assists managers — it does not replace them. AI never auto-posts approvals, never moves money, and never makes employment decisions on its own. Every recommendation links to the source data so a human can verify before acting.
Accessibility
We aim for public pages that are readable, fast, and usable on any device. HETable Assist supports guest accessibility on the front door. If something on the site is hard to use, email accessibility@hospiedge.com (forwards to admin) and we will fix it.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, spam, or attempt to break things. Don't try to access files you don't own. Use the assistant honestly. Other than that, look around — we built this for restaurants and reviewers.
