Add Hybrid to your restaurant account.
The protected Windows download adds local POS and HETable continuity on the restaurant computer. Use your existing HospiEdge account with an active paid subscription containing both apps at the same location.

Prepare the restaurant computer.
Choose a dedicated x64 Windows computer with reliable power, a wired connection, and the equipment your stations need. Close local POS and HETable before maintenance. Review the included recovery instructions and protect existing business data before upgrading.

- Extract the download and follow the included Windows installation guide.
- Approve the required Windows administrator prompts.
- Sign in using the existing restaurant account, then verify POS, HETable, and configured equipment.
The download is available to eligible active paid accounts. Trial or past-due subscriptions do not grant installer access.
Understand the local operating scope.
With Hybrid enabled, supported POS and HETable workflows continue on the installed Windows computer during an internet interruption. Separate tablets use the cloud and need internet; they do not connect to the local service during an outage.
Card processing, public reservations, messaging, remote cloud access, provider AI, and synchronization need connectivity. Keep Hybrid running after internet returns so operational changes can synchronize.
Updates and recovery
Use the signed customer update path and supplied diagnostics. Hybrid keeps recovery copies for software updates and database maintenance. Keep a separate protected recovery plan for local business data. An external drive at the restaurant does not protect cloud application records.
Standard uninstall preserves the protected business data described in the customer guide. Contact support before removing data permanently.
Need help?
Keep the installation receipt and describe the app, Windows version, time, and problem. Do not send passwords, card details, payment credentials, or an unredacted restaurant database.
