Start Full PlatformWe are selecting an initial cohort of up to eight restaurants to use HospiEdge in real operations, tell us what works, show us where the friction is, and help improve the platform before broader rollout. Columbus and Central Ohio restaurants receive priority for onsite participation, but strong remote restaurants can apply too.

Start Full PlatformApplications are reviewed for fit. Acceptance is limited and requires real usage, a named restaurant lead, scheduled feedback, and agreed pilot terms.
Apply for considerationThe goal is not to collect signups. It is to learn how HospiEdge performs inside actual restaurant operations with owners, managers, and teams using it.
Start with the workflows that matter most, complete onboarding, and use the platform in normal restaurant work.
The exact plan, locations, billing start, discount, and any included services are confirmed in the written pilot agreement.
Continue, change plans, or cancel according to the written terms in effect for the restaurant at that time.
Pilot boundary: The incentive applies to the agreed HospiEdge software subscription. Payment-processing fees, third-party services, hardware, optional Master AI, custom work, and other separately scoped costs are not automatically included.
Local access makes observation and support easier, so Columbus and Central Ohio applicants receive priority. Strong remote applicants are welcome.
Owner-led or manager-led operations where decision makers can see the pilot closely and move quickly when a workflow needs adjustment.
Restaurants with a genuine scheduling, host-stand, POS, operations, finance, labeling, hiring, or marketing problem they want to improve.
At least one owner or manager who will lead the pilot internally and a small set of staff willing to use the selected workflows consistently.
Participants who will report confusing steps, failures, workarounds, missing capabilities, and useful wins without needing to make the product look good.
Share the restaurant type, locations, team size, current systems, and the operating problem you most want to improve.
Confirm that HospiEdge is ready for the intended use and agree on what success, failure, and useful feedback will look like.
Roll out the smallest useful scope, collect usage evidence, resolve blockers, and expand only when the first workflow is stable.
Review adoption, friction, operating impact, missing capabilities, and whether the restaurant wants to continue under the discounted months 4–12 path.
No. Columbus and Central Ohio restaurants receive priority because onsite observation and support are easier. Restaurants elsewhere can apply for a structured remote pilot.
No. The better pilot starts with one or two workflows that matter, proves them under real operating pressure, and expands only when that first scope is working.
The agreed HospiEdge software subscription is offered at no subscription charge for months 1–3. Hardware, payment-processing fees, third-party services, optional Master AI, custom work, and other separately scoped costs are not automatically included.
For accepted participants, the written pilot terms can provide 50% off the agreed software subscription for months 4–12. The exact plan, locations, dates, billing, cancellation, and transition after month 12 must be stated in the signed agreement.
The pilot is meant to discover that honestly. Participation, cancellation, data handling, and any transition away from the pilot are governed by the written terms rather than an expectation that every restaurant must continue.
The Full Platform includes eight base applications and onboarding. Begin cloud-first, add optional Hybrid continuity, and choose Master AI separately when leadership needs it.
