Your restaurant, connected

From signup to ready for service.

Start with one account, the restaurant information you already have and standard equipment. Review the important details, give every station a clear role and expand as your operation grows.

Self-service setup, with owner approval.

Use the setup screens in your selected apps and the checklist below. Keep control of the decisions that affect your restaurant.

  1. Create your HospiEdge account

Choose your plan, complete secure subscription checkout, and verify the owner email.

  2. Add your restaurant

Name the restaurant and location, then confirm the address, time zone and operating details.

  3. Prepare your menu and restaurant information

Bring your menu, modifier choices, tax details, staff roles and station plan together.

  4. Build the starting records

Use the available app setup screens to enter the menu, modifiers and operating details that fit the restaurant.

  5. Review the important details

Confirm prices, taxes, service charges, tipping, alcohol policies, permissions and unknown information before approving records for service.

  6. Choose restaurant guest payments

Your restaurant controls its own supported Stripe or Square merchant account and receives its payouts. Stripe setup is available; Square customer activation is not currently offered. The HospiEdge subscription stays separate.

  7. Choose your tablets and stations

Assign each device a working role and open the appropriate HospiEdge screen with authorized staff access. Add stations later as needed.

  8. Connect printers, the drawer and payments

Connect your receipt and label profiles, use the correct drawer cable, and connect the restaurant merchant account when accepting cards.

  9. Complete a service check

Confirm the order reaches the intended KDS, review a receipt, and check the equipment and permissions for each station.

  10. Launch when the owner approves

Give the team its approved access after the owner reviews the final setup and practice workflow.

Optional assisted setup.

Start with the roles you need

Three, five or seven core tablets give you clear starting plans. Combine roles where service allows and add devices for busy work areas.

Choose Cloud or Hybrid

Cloud-only operation needs compatible browser devices and internet. Add a supported Windows Hybrid computer for eligible local POS and HETable work on that computer. Separate tablets still require internet.

Get help when it is useful

You do not need proprietary HospiEdge hardware or a mandatory onsite installation. Choose help with menu cleanup or migration, hardware planning, printer and reader setup, staff training, go-live consultation or support escalation. A call with the founder is not required.

Next step

One restaurant account. The whole operating day.

The Full Platform includes eight base applications and onboarding. Begin cloud-first, add optional Hybrid continuity, and choose Master AI separately when leadership needs it.

Keep serving through an outage Supported POS and HETable workflows continue on the installed Hybrid Windows computer. Separate tablets and connected services need internet.
Roll out one workflow at a time Start with the clearest operational need, prove it with the team, and expand without creating another account system.
One sign-in for approved apps Each person sees only the restaurants, locations, and HospiEdge apps their account is allowed to open.
