Connect eligible sources one at a time

Each application keeps ownership of its records. A source is included only when it is available, explicitly approved, scoped to the allowed restaurant and location, read-authorized, and fresh enough for the requested review; unavailable or fenced sources stay excluded.

Findings point back to evidence

A useful finding identifies the source, record or aggregate, time window, freshness, and known limitation so a manager can inspect what changed before deciding what it means.

Human judgment stays in charge

AI should support decisions. It should not replace approvals, food-safety responsibility, legal judgment, accounting judgment, or manager accountability.

Actions remain bounded and reviewable

Drafts and recommendations do not execute a consequential change by themselves. Any enabled action still needs the allowed connector, product and role permission, restaurant/location scope, human approval where required, and an auditable result.

Master AI is licensed separately

An eligible restaurant needs an active package or platform plan before separately licensing Master AI. The add-on does not by itself grant access to an application, provider, record set, restaurant, location, or external action.
