Connect eligible sources one at a time
Choose the licensed apps and restaurant locations the reviewer is allowed to see. Check that each connection is approved, available, and up to date. If information is unavailable, restricted, or too old for the question, leave it out and make that gap clear. The original records remain in their own apps.
Findings point back to evidence
A useful finding identifies the source, record or aggregate, time window, freshness, and known limitation so a manager can inspect what changed before deciding what it means.
Human judgment stays in charge
AI should support decisions. It should not replace approvals, food-safety responsibility, legal judgment, accounting judgment, or manager accountability.
Review actions before they happen
A draft or recommendation is a starting point for review. An enabled action still needs the right connection, app and role permissions, restaurant and location access, and any required human approval. Check the recorded result before treating a change as complete.
Master AI access and AI usage
Master AI is a Full Platform-only benefit subject to eligible-account rollout and authorization. Initial credits and purchased credits fund supported AI work; they do not grant access to another application, record set, restaurant, location, or external action.
